Lee's Fencing Company

Our backyard neighbors informed us they’d be putting up a privacy fence; to be specific, the neighbor told my husband, “hey, we’re putting up a privacy fence & just didn’t want you to think we were boxing you out”. We already had a chain link fence installed by the previous owner about 2 years ago, but we didn’t mind. I don’t know what their arrangement was with Lee's but it was taking FOREVER. It was all really a non-issue until I came home from work one day & let my two dogs out, one of whom is a very recent rescue & still wanders off from time to time. I turned around & Dexter was gone; he was in the neighbors’ backyard, on their deck. How did he get out of our fenced in yard? It wasn’t fenced in anymore. I ran to the neighbors’ yard, got the pup, & talked to the two men doing the work

Besides their phone not working they installed a fence in our neighbors yard that is not to code. They applied for the permit saying all would be code then installed it not to code. I have the permit, pictures, documentation I can provide. Now we’re fighting to get it up to code. Any company who tells the city they will install to code and then purposely does not is u ethical and not to be trusted.

Person that answered the phone was incredibly rude. Asked if they did fence repairs and he said "did we install it" - I would have no idea since it was before I bought house. He goes "well we dont have enough people to work on a fence we didnt install." No customer service skills what so ever!

I've used their service in the past but the number has been disconnected and they are unresponsive to website requests for estimates.

Customer service on the phone was so rude, I didn't even set up the estimate. First impressions are important.
