We had an excellent experience with Cody and the team at Legacy Home Energy. They installed a new HVAC system and water heater, and from start to finish the process was smooth and professional. Cody came up with several smart ideas to solve existing issues and even added an extra vent to help cool our home during the extremely hot Ramona days. The team completed everything in a timely manner and took the time to give us detailed, easy-to-understand instructions on how to operate our new system. Legacy is my go to HVAC company. They are very experienced and professional. They installed both of my HVAC systems at my house. They went above and beyond with the attention to detail on the installation. Legacy installed high end equipment and saved me thousands in the process. They showed up when scheduled and finished on time. Recently I had a construction project that required the outside units to be removed and put back in. I called Cody, he and his team came the next day to remove the AC units and when the construction was done they put them right back in. They even performed some rodent proofing of my units just so I wouldn’t have w any issues with mice nesting in the units!! I would highly recommend this company. As the temp began to drop last week, our heater went out and wouldn’t produce consistent heat. I hired several big companies (which I won’t name) to come out and assess the situation. After spending countless hours and money, no one could fix the issues other rhan saying,, “your 5 year old furnace went out” and we need thousands to replace it. I decided to give it one more shot with Legacy, after being referred by a neighbor.
