Fadi is wonderful! Very professional, showed up on time and got right to work. My upstairs carpet looks beautiful and he was able to clean my downstairs area rug and it looks fantastic. I will call him again for help with my carpet. He provided lovely service and I felt 100% having him in my home.

Absolutely amazing job! I had to have carpet cleaning due to pet accidents and never had such issues getting it removed by myself however Quality Steaming was the right people to call. Carpet and couch came out GREAT! Everyone I was in contact with was very nice! I was to talk to a person on scheduling. There was a minor snafu when their machine wasn’t working properly, and they immediately brought out another truck to take care of the situation quickly ! I called Quality Steamer to steam clean grimy grout and tile floors. This family operated business was amazingly nice to work with. They arrived on time, cleaned the floors, and charged a fair price. The floors haven't looked this good in years. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Fadi came all the way out to Descanso on a Saturday to clean a sectional couch for us after a flood restoration. Not only was he clean courteous, and professional: But a genuine, down to earth nice guy, and he left our 10yr old couch looking brand new. I booked online which was quick and easy, and their communication was excellent. 10/10 would recommend and use in the future.
