A great company to do business, Jarod is the guy to come to the house to give us a quote on a complete New AC System and was very professional and knowledgeable. He also listened to a few things I wanted to upgrade. The pricing on the 3 different units he gave were great to the work that needs done. The whole experience was very pleasant and straightforward. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Kenley and Stephen — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. This most recent visit included a mix of small and larger projects, and they crushed all of it: installed two outlets in our pantry, added an outdoor patio outlet for surround sound, installed two bathroom outlets, relocated our Tesla wall charger in the garage, added a dedicated outlet for a cold plunge, and installed a NEMA outlet in the garage for our sauna. Well I had a heater issue during this cold spell and did some research and decided to go with Legacy. The tech sent to my house was Skylar. We chatted as I’m retired. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and then some. He made the repairs. Upon doing his job we discovered the the blower motor and housing were both absolutely covered in mold. We discussed it, and I decided to have it removed and cleaned. He removed it, did his thing left is almost as good as new. After that I decided I wanted to install the Solaris UV system he told me about. I’m very happy with the work and products. Many thanks!!! Legacy Home Services came out for our central air maintenance today, and Skyler did a fantastic job. He handled a thorough evaluation and identified a warranty-covered part that needed replacement (capacitor). Very informative and fully explained everything. Great local company that prioritizes quality service and preventative care.

Legacy replaced our older system with a Trane Air Handler, Trane Heat Pump and Trane programmable color touch-screen Smart Control thermostat. The employees were professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. They gave me a quick tutorial on operating our digital wifi thermostat. Cleaned up nicely when complete and hauled off old system. Highly recommend!
