Legacy Landscape

I'm sure we have all dealt with contractors who don't follow up and/or perform substandard work. It seems that is the norm nowadays. Well, get ready for a breath of fresh air. Legacy Landscape is as good of a contractor as I have ever dealt with (I'm 63). Jake, the owner, is the best at communicating with the client; the workers are outstanding; the job was performed on time; and the job he did for me (and the other people I have referred to Legacy Landscape) was fantastic. The price was more than reasonable. I'm not sure how anyone could leave a negative review for this Company but you should disregard them. If you want professionalism and quality work at a great price, Legacy Landscape is the business to hire.

Jake was so unbelievably easy to work with. He communicated with me whenever I had a question (NO ONE does that anymore), he listened to what I wanted and did it. It is exactly what I pictured it to be. It was done quickly and very well. Thank you very much for restoring my faith that a company will actually do what they say they are going to do and complete it. I love what you did. Thank you very much.

Jake did our home in Elkhorn and did a phenomenal job. He is honest, reasonable, and timely.

I was beyond disappointed by the quality of work done and the horrible customer service. The workers told the owner that they were done with our work even though there was a huge patch of missing grass because they screwed up in cutting it. After a couple of days where no one was out to fix the missing patch of grass, I had to text the owner and he claimed they were done and he needed to do a final walkthrough. I sent him the picture and told him that they were not done. He came out and seeded the area without me agreeing to have it seeded, I wanted sod put down. When he came to do his final check he failed to notice that the rubber liner wasn't down properly, the window well wasn't properly installed, and they did a poor job of putting the rock around the portion of the house that they di

Customer service, Jake, in particular was not professional what so ever. They were completely rude, after having an estimate done on Thursday by Friday they tried to make me feel bad for not following through by stating ‘they already bought the product’ even though they said they were going to start this project later in October. They continued to hassle me saying that if the product was dropped off we should tell them not to leave it at the driveway because it would cost him more. Seems very quick to say that 8 hours after we spoke that they would already have someone coming out with this product before they could cancel it when I called them at 8 in the morning. I will NEVER recommend this company nor follow through with any services through them. This is no way to treat potential custom
