They replaced my water heater for me. They were timely and came out the same day I called. Carl and Rob were both courteous and respectful people to work with. They took the time to explain everything to me and were knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the bill was $400 higher than what I was initially quoted ($1250) and seemed a little steep compared to the national average cost for water heater replacement costs.

Drew was great! We called Legacy due to a water emergency and he showed up within the half hour. He explained our options patiently and worked efficiently.

Drew got our isolation valves installed with no issues, perfect score 5/7.
