I recently had the pleasure of working with Legacy Renovations on a significant home remodeling project, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of their work. Wendy Stauffer, in particular, deserves special recognition for her outstanding contributions to our project. Her knowledge and expertise were instrumental in guiding us through the entire process. These guys position themselves as premium but that is debatable. They did an expensive remodel of our master bath/bedroom. Mostly, the work was solid though it took a long time. We are pleased overall with the results. Here are my problems with them: 1) There are things missed that a premium company should not miss. For example, they failed to correctly get the stain color right on a hardwood floor they put down and it does not match the rest of the house correctly (including an adjacent floor). 2) There was a clear issue with tile (wrong coloring) that looked awful and by any standard was just unacceptable. For some reason, I had to bring this up or they would have let it go. To their credit, when I did bring it up, they ripped it out and fixed it. But, a premium company would not have

We recently had our master bath renovated and couldn't be happier. Justin and his team were very professional. There workmanship was out standing. We have had a lot of renovations over the the years from other contractors and Legacy was by far the best experience we've ever had. His team was always on time, neat and was on budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we will be using them again soon.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! In 2017 my husband and I hired Legacy Renovation to remodel our basement. It's a family business which I had no problem with, but if you had a problem with Justin then Wendy the mother would have a problem with you. We were given one price in the beginning and the price changed 2 more times. We were told they had a crew that would be working to have my basement completed in 3 months three months turned into 6 months. Come to find out they had one person doing all the work. Some days the guy wouldn't even come to work. The quality of work is horrible. The laminate floors are separating not to mention I paid for tile throughout the whole basement. I was told later they wasn't able to do tile throughout because they miss calculated. We had a discussion about remodel

We had a great experience with Legacy. We basically had the whole main floor redone, including the kitchen, so it was a major project. We have three small children and they were even considerate enough to supply us with a little makeshift kitchen so we didn't have to eat out the entire time, which was a lifesaver. We never asked them to do this, Justin and Mitch just took the initiative. They were open throughout the process and always kept us informed about what was going on. Wendy, the receptionist, is so sweet and personable. I used to be embarrassed by our kitchen, now it is my favorite place in the whole house. Mitch really listened to what we wanted during planning and designed an area that works so well for our family. I guess the best compliment I could give though is that even tho
