I really want to thank Logan for helping make this a great experience with getting our roof done. This is our first house and with having two little ones, we were grateful for the hard work and effort with him working with our insurance to make sure we could get this done and for educating us thoroughly on the process. The process was seamless day of and communication with the job site supervisor, Julio, was great. The crew worked quickly and did a great job, very happy with how everything turned out.

I would really want to thank Mike and Paul at legacy restoration for fixing our roof ,gutters, facial. We had such a hard time with our insurance company but you guys made it happen,(it took three years) and you guys made it happen in three months. We are very satisfied with the outcome. Replacing your roof has the potential to be a very stressful project. Just because you’re a homeowner doesn’t mean you know anything about your roof beyond it should keep the rain out and replacing it is going to be expensive. I had storm damage earlier in the year. Paul was my Legacy sales rep manager and primary contact. He and the rest of the Legacy team; Alex, Julio and everyone I had contact with were so professional and patient. If I had any questions, and I did, I could easily get answers. Legacy worked with my insurance company and this part was seamless to me. Alex and Paul helped with product selections. The actual roof replacement was scheduled for Friday October 17th. It was amazing to watch. The roof team showed up at the scheduled time and efficiently removed and replaced the

My experience with Legacy could not have been better. Darryl Phillip, my Account Executive, was professional and very comfortable to work with. He listened to what I wanted and got it done. The communication at all levels was exceptional. The office and job supervisor kept me informed every step of the way. The work crew did an awesome job. Not only was the workmanship superb, but they stayed well past dark and cleaned up every piece of material using flashlights. I highly recommend Legacy Restoration!

I wish all home improvement contractors had the same degree of professionalism and quality that Legacy does. We had our roof replaced this spring by Legacy. Corey Miller was our sales rep and he was incredibly professional, responsive, and proactive. Within an hour of showing up at our door, Corey had facilitated our application to insurance including a call to initiate the claim process. We were kept informed of claim status, inspection dates, and project dates via calls and texts, and never had a glitch along the way. On construction day, the site prep and cleanup were extensive - all sensitive areas protected with tarps. And the crew was friendly and communicated throughout the day. The project was successful and I’ve recommended Legacy and Corey to everyone I know. Thanks Legacy!
