I cannot say enough great things about this company and Zane. Legacy was my first choice but they quoted materials I wasn't familiar with so I contracted with another company that was going to use what I wanted. After having contracted with another Zane and I discussed that he would have gladly bid those same materials. Lesson learned, I never thought to ask. Then in the course of 3 weeks the other company kept changing things up (like the deposit, time frame) and finding $3000 to $12000 worth of things they wanted to do extra. I finally told them to go away. At that point I called Zane again. He quoted me the same price as the other company, did the "extra" stuff for practically nothing and from the time I signed the contract with Legacy to the time my roof was completed was a whop
