Contacted Legacy Solutions about repairing our outdoor fish pond. They came out took a look at it and quoted us 2750k with half to be paid up front and half to be paid after the service. They had the pond running for a total of five minutes in which time they collected the final payment. By the time they left it was no longer working. Haven’t been able to get in touch with them since even though they claim a 2 year warranty value on the repairs. Now I have a pond that doesn’t work and am out 2750k. Terrible company DO NOT USE THEM! Should be sued for this kind of business and fraudulent behavior.

This place is a fluke! I hired this place to do my cinder wall, thinking they would do a good job. I was so wrong and I urge anyone that is thinking of hiring this company, please do not! They took me for a ride!! They are very ride and unprofessional people. They are very hard to get ahold of and only do work when they feel is convenient to them!! They wanted to be paid upfront at least half, then the rest when done. Well, that was a mistake for me. They never came to finish the job and left the mess for me to clean up! I'm out 18k on the wall. I tried to sue them to get my money back, but it became too expensive for me. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, which is all I could do for now. Please don't fall for their lies!!

Sorely Disappointed. We contacted Legacy over a year ago and they supposedly came out and did a leak repair on our house from rainwater coming in. This was to the tune of $1078.75. Fast forward several months (we had no meaningful rainfall in the interim) and behold, leaking again, same spot. I reached out to Legacy with great difficulty by Email, phone call and text. The voice mail was not accessible. Finally after several attempts I spoke with Sheila and explained what was going on. Supposedly she was sending someone out to look and that was a month ago and i have not seen anyone or heard back on any of my inquiries. As of this review I had tried to contact them again before posting, no response.
