Legendary Renovations did an excellent job on my kitchen remodel. They were wonderful with their communication about materials, timeline, etc. All of the people who worked on the job from the plumber to the electrician to the painter were professional and highly skilled. They even came in under budget. For any of my home renovations in the future, Legendary Renovations will be my first choice!

We had a great experience working with Legendary Renovations. We replaced part of our deck and Josh, the project manager, was on top of things. He came by daily to inspect the ongoing work and always checked in with me for feedback or concerns. They were always addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. But actually, there were not many concerns to address. The subs were very good and timely. No payment until work was completed to my satisfaction and no bugging me for money before that. It gave me confidence to know I was protected financially, and that I would be happy with the final result, which I was. Will be using them again for my next project!

Josh Leebow (PM) and Jon LaMonte (Owner) did a wonderful job on our recent expansion. Josh became a family member during our 3-4 month project - opening up the doors for communication and brainstorming to conquer the usual unexpected challenges and oppportunities that every construction project represents. They helped us get to the right answer and we're forever grateful for their patience with us, their professionalism in pursuing the best at all times, and partnership in tackling the unknown and difficult together. While I dont anticipate another construction/renovation proejct anytime soon, they'd most certainly be my first phone call.

I can’t possibly put into words how happy I am with Legendary Renovations. Not just the excellent work they did on our home, but for stepping in to restore our home when we hit some snags with an insurance claim. We had a huge hole in our home after tree damage, and Jon took on our project knowing it wouldn’t be an easy process. He and project manager Greg really pulled through for us and helped us get back into our home. If you are looking for someone to take on your remodeling project, this company is dependable, trustworthy, and performs excellent restoration work!

Thank you Legendary Renovations for being top notch from day 1! Thomas handled all permitting and inspections in an expedient manner. My new deck is absolutely beautiful! The crew was excellent and kept my living space clean and orderly. I am so thankful I chose this company!
