We wanted to express our sincere thanks for the excellent job Legends Home Improvement did in our house. We are all enjoying our new sliding glass door and deck. The professionalism and suggestions were welcome as you helped us plan our project. We could not be happier with the deck and patio designed and built for us by Legends. Bill listened to all of our needs and requirements and created several options for us to choose from. Taking in account the size we wanted, height with our walk out basement and kids in the house, Legends suggested ideas and architectural designs that aligned perfectly. From the simple, yet unexpected designs on the stairs, to quick modifications when something didn't feel right, Legends was easy to work with and always communicated timely. Billy and his crew were neat, professional, and took the time to answer any questions we had during the actual built - incredibly patient. We are very happy we chose Legends and they surpassed any expectation we had for this incredible outdoor space that we use daily.

Worst decision we could've made for the deck. We interviewed several different companies and finally decided on legends based on their apparent attention to detail. Bill Sr. sat with us for an extended period of time laying out the plans for the deck and we seemed comfortable with him based on his apparent ability. When the construction began, we quickly realized that the job was too big for them and they lack the ability to complete the project. While they hired many " part time workers " and college kids to help with the project, they were unable to keep many people working with them. This resulted in a large project being built by one "skilled " worker, who was unable to deliver the quality that we had expected. We ended up having to consult lawyers and threaten a lawsuit in order to

As a fellow builder, I have the utmost respect for the level of product that father-and-son Bill and Bill deliver. I see them at all the national trade shows and trade-association meetings, which shows a commitment to knowing the industry--including new and upcoming products and techniques. I would not--and do not--hesitate to recommend them to friends and clients. These guys are building top-shelf stuff and making their clients very happy.

I'm not a client of Legends. For one reason only. About a year ago we got an estimate from the owner (Bob or Bill) To be blunt he rubbed me the wrong way. I expect a contractor to know it all but don't act like a "know it all" My wife and I felt as if he was talking down to us. He was speaking to us like we were children. I will admit, their work is quality. Unfortunately for Legends they lost a 65k job based solely on the owner. I give him credit driving 35 minutes to come see us.
