Lehigh Septic

STRAY AVAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Yesterday I ordered this company to pump out septic tank for my vacant selling house. I get 9-11 AM time range for tomorrow. Next morning workers call me at 8:40 and notified that they have alrady started pumping out. I will arrive at the place in 10 minutes. Guys said job is done and take me receipt to get paiment. I asked to open cover to see it's real empty. The employees were very unhappy but opened the first lid. There was no bottom visible, only liquid. When open for me first jamber I saw same. I asked to completely pump out all dirt, they refused, explaining that it was fine and they couldn't pump it anymore because there were stones on bottom. I demandedthat the work be properly and completely and only then would I pay them.They connected the hoses.

Called on Wednesday to schedule to get my septic tank pumped. They said it would be Friday 2p-4p when someone would be here. That time came and went. I called again and they said that they got behind but someone would still be here today. Well, it's 8:37p, the sun's been down for three hours and I don't think anyone's coming. I'll call someone else that helps me feel like my time matters

Stay away. I called because they were supposed to resolve the problem, but they didn’t. The receptionist was sarcastic and rude, and I was dismissed completely. I still have septic issues, and now I have to pay another company to come out and check it. Don’t waste your money.

They pump my septic out 5 1/2 months ago and now I’m having a septic issue. I called somebody else. They said they did not pump his tank out and I showed him the invoice. Basically the guy said they ripped me off average septic pump in Lehigh acres is $325.

They are fast and friendly. I'm completely satisfied and would use them again, if needed.
