Mitchell is working on remodeling my home and has been excellent! He shows up on time and is very communicative throughout the entire process. He is very fair pricing and goes above and beyond!! He definitely gives more than he receives!! I would recommend him for all your construction needs!!

Working with Mitchell Smith of Mitchell Building & Remodeling will be the biggest mistake of your life. I first met Mitchell in July 2023 for a 140,000 dollar project. He would constantly tell me he is working on it, only to show up in October with a draftsman to do the plans. Hurricane Ian was the excuse everyone is so busy. Plans were drawn and completed by October 31st, but delay, delay, delay...... I finally received my first set of plans on January 21st, dated November 2, which he withheld for months, but these plans did not me code for 2024. I now have an updated set of plans received on February 16, but he has now blocked the draftsman from working with me. I am out 4,900 dollars and have a set of useless plans and wasted over 5 months, please don't make the mistake I did..
