I very much enjoyed working with Brian again on the third flooring project for my home. His expertise and integrity are obvious. He provided floor options best suited for my needs. Brian provided recommendations and pros/cons to types I was interested in from a durability and maintenance aspect to best design for my area and design style. Brian communicated frequently through the process and went above and beyond more than once to meet my needs to insure the floor would be installed to his and my satisfaction and make sure my kitchen was totally functioning! He is hands on during installation and followed up after installation. They communicated through every step of the process, suggested products that would be best for our needs, installed in a timely and efficient manner, and remained in contact after the process to make sure we were completely happy. They were extremely accommodating, friendly, and professional. Brian definitely wants his customers to be happy with their purchase and will do anything possible to achieve that. Brian was very helpful with the details and specifics of the carpet we chose. The installers were very meticulous in their work since the job required a lot of custom cuts to fit the carpet. We are very satisfied with the service from start to finish and would highly recommend Lehigh Valley Rug Company for any carpet and installation.

Kudos to Brian from Lehigh Vally Rug. When researching carpeting for our second floor we discovered all of the marketing tactics retailers use especially Lowe’s. Beware of “Free Install” promotions. Lowe’s installer appears to simply add square footage to their measurements to absorb much of the promotion pricing....and not just a little. Lehigh Valley Rug was 140 square feet less and a lot closer to the actual measurements I did. I must add that the carpet we chose as well as padding were comparable across the board and had NO pattern to deal with. Installers did a good job, were polite (according to my wife whose standards are pretty high) and arrived as scheduled. Brian gave us a fair price up front including the services we wanted. Thank you.
