I have three words to describe my experience with Excellence, Professional and Knowledgeable! A existing lock on an iron gate had become slack and explained the situation over the phone to Allen. He said to send a photograph of its conditions and upon looking at it he automatically knew how to resolve it. He recommended a higher quality lock to replace it to withstand exterior climate conditions for a longer period of time. He also went above and beyond to make sure the new lock worked correctly in the existing steel gate frame. Good work done well. This was smooth and pleasant--Allen replaced my broken deadbolt and even made a minor adjustment to the door handle that I'd been ignoring. He was lovely to talk with. Recommend!

I was cat sitting for my friend and her master lock key lock box froze over, so I couldn't get her keys! Allen was so helpful and pleasant the whole time. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I need locksmith services.
