We had one of those “$49 system check” companies come out, and sure enough, they told us our system was dangerous — claiming we had a gas leak in the heat exchanger and that the entire unit needed to be replaced. This immediately raised red flags for us. We have carbon monoxide detectors throughout our home, and they’ve never gone off. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion and called Karl Lieber Heating and Cooling. Best decision we could have made. They arrived within 20 minutes, diagnosed everything at no charge, and clearly explained that our system was completely fine and did not need to be replaced. We have been a customer for almost a year and so pleased. We recently had an issue with our furnace that was making a lot of noise. I called Lieberman to come out and check it out. They had an opening the next day. That was fine. I was pleased the could get to me so quick. But the noise was really loud and my wife and 4 kids were wondering how we might sleep through the noise. I got a call from Josh (tech for Lieberman) at 5pm on the same day asking if he would like for him to arrive in 20 min instead of the next day. I was shocked and thought that was amazing. Josh came over and fixed the problem on the same day. We didn’t have to sleep elsewhere for the night. We are customers for life!!! Thank you Josh!!

The Leiber team has been servicing my units for many years in multiple homes, including maintenance agreements, repairs and replacement of entire hvac unit in two homes. They are always friendly and responsive, very competitively priced and respectful while in my home. Would highly recommend (and do) this family run business to friends, family and clients!

We had a great experience today! Called on a Saturday and the technician arrived within about an hour. The service was needed by my elderly mother and she was very anxious that her heat wasn't working. All was taken care of quickly and professionally. Price was reasonable. Very pleased!
