Told them that my sister was completely out of fuel. Driver would not even attempt the driveway even though it was plowed. Why don’t they have chains, could’ve tried or went so far up and then just went the rest of the way with their hose! But no, they would rather lose a customer and leave people in the cold! Will not be a patron of their convenience stores either. Will be spreading experience! Thanks for nothing!

At a gas station, their truck parked in such a way that several cars were pinned in for about half an hour. The driver was unapologetic and didn’t offer to move.
