Terrible customer service! Once we hired Lemus Landscaping and paid them, they never fully completed the job. They ran out of sod and were supposed to come back for about 7 more pieces. We had asked them to plat 6 green giants for us as they did a good job the previous year lining part of our fence for privacy. However, this time as soon as the crew put the trees in I told the owner that they were not at all in a straight line and way too close together. HE suggested I wait a week and to just trust him. That if we were still not happy in a week he would come back and move them. Well, that never happened. It was excuse after excuse.
