Call them for a new heat call. The technician wanted to charge me $185 for a diagnostic after charging me a service fee of $45. He told me there was a gas leak and I needed to replace a part which was going to be over $1000. Then he recommended I get the boiler replaced at a cost of $10,000. I called another contractor. There was no gas leak, It was a valve that needed adjustment that cost $145 and now I have good heat. Very dishonest technician and company. Will never call them again

John Frasier gave excellent service getting my oil furnace running again, he correctly diagnosed a faulty fuel pump. His rates were reasonable, I highly recommend.

Wrote me an invoice for $1900 worth of work, it sounded shady so I got another opinion. It was a loose hose clamp. The other plumber did not even charge to fix it. Don’t use these crooks.

Absolute waste of time and money. Would not recommend.
