Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

I have to give credit where it is due but I don't recall the brotha's names that helped me in this location. 2 gentlemen working the front desk and they're service was unreal. They called me to let me know my units were ready, I got there and they saw my truck, prepped the order and had me out the door in minutes. Although one was on the phone when I entered they were working in unison and greeted me with respect while multi tasking! I love that level of service and I can appreciate it especially since they were clearly busy multi tasking!

I just had to write a review because of how impressed I was/still am with Jonathan at the Alexandria, VA Store. He is the sole reason I have not taken my business elsewhere. Anytime I have an issue with a warranty, he is there handling it. The kicker - I'm not even in his area and not even a direct customer of his. I called the wrong store one day on accident and he was so helpful that I don't even call my local branch (Robinson, PA) anymore. I just call him because I know he's going to handle whatever I need done. He goes above and beyond to fix anything that goes wrong. I can say with 100% certainty, he is in the wrong position at Lennox. He should be a regional or national supervisor managing a chain of stores and showing them how they should be treating customers. Johnathan is the only reason we come back. Since joe has left we have had nothing but problems and "missunderstandings" lennox really should've promoted johnathan and kept this new guy in the back. 5 stars to johnathan 3 stars over all.
