Ive been to mutiple Lennox store and Anaheim is Best on West Coast. Everyone is always very helpful and willing to help. As soon as I walk in i feel welcomed and get greeted. I must say I do miss the fridge stocked with sodas, but water is always good. Its always pretty festive for holidays and sets the tone for the day when having a rough day. Keep up the Great work Alma, Alex, Nick and Miguel.
Pulled up to Lennox in Anaheim , I was enchanted by the quality service of Miguel, Alex and Nick. They went out of their way to make the experience much pleasant , they were able to provide the part needed for our Companies customer . Thank you Lennox!
Excellent customer service I love that they always have different cold drinks for us and snacks. Being out in the field is hard to stop for lunch and the fact that they always have snacks is a plus. thank you Anaheim store you guys Rock!
The employee Nicholas was EXTREMELY RUDE, Arrogant and tried to intimidate me !!!! He was Disrespectful and didn't KNOW how to do his JOB !!! Recommend he go to some customer service TRAINING. Additionally, as I was leaving he was throwing insults. Today is 11/3/23 at 11 am. Alma the Manager wasn't there to complain about her employee.
Alma (Lennox Store Mgr) in the Anaheim location was FANTASTIC !! She assisted me with the part I needed for my job. Her team was very efficient in getting the part to me as soon as possible !!!~~ JN 11-09-2023
