Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

We got a ac unit installed in April by october it was dead. Bad coil was told the part wouldn't arrive till Feb or March. Installer (from a different hvac company) advised a unit sitting like ours for long is not good and will just make for continued issues as it is fully exposed to all elements and with no freon. Lennox also said they won't cover labor or freon which will leave us with a $3500 on a unit we paid $400 to get (home warranty). Home warranty can't do much as it is still in manufacturing warranty. Lennox refuses to replace unit even though this is a known issue and has been for years as they just recently settled a class action lawsuit over the same exact thing and didnt admit any wrong doing therefore not changing anything. Ultimately just paid the people to shut them up. This

You should not try to deliver here with a 53ft dry van and full size truck. Backing is almost impossible without damaging something.

This is a wholesaler - didn't know this when I called to get an AC part number. Even after the tech realized I wasn't a business, he tracked down the model of my AC and gave me the part numbers, and then the retailers that carry the part. Super polite and helpful.

I am always greeted by my name, and a big smile. They load the equipment onto my van every time. Now if I could get them to the job site and unload it... LOL
