Was told by a furnace company to come to the location in Brighton to get a new flame sensor. Walked in and they informed me that they will not sell to the public. They only sell to companies. I do not agree with that then why do you have a store That you can buy parts at if you cannot sell to the public. Basically, I have to pay a furnace company to get the part for me and pay more money when I’m able to fix it myself.
Very informative, thorough, and helpful staff. Shaun definitely went the extra mile. Thank you.
Shouldn't be called parts plus when they never have parts...
