I deal with the Byron branch of Lennox Parts Plus on a daily basis. The current staff is very pleasant to deal with and they are very knowledgeable on their products. Highly recommend to anyone in the industry
I previously was misinformed regarding the way Lennox operates. This particular Lennox location is primarily for residential. However, Lennox does not sell direct to the public. The Byron office operates to service authorized Lennox HVAC companies and distributors. The google maps description is slightly misleading. Lennox remains one of the best, if not the best, residential and commercial HVAC companies. Residential units cost slightly more up front, but are the highest rated in efficiency and perhaps the quitest.
THEY DON'T SELL TO THE PUBLIC, ONLY LICENSED HVAC CONTRACTORS

Chris, Rachel and robert are great, I love coming to the store to grab snacks and waters, never come to get parts tho because Lennox don’t break…anymore
