These ladies are the best when it comes to ordering any kind of equipment or get any parts and availability. They will go out of their way to assist you for all your hvac needs. They are also awesome people to talk to in general.

I am a commercial HVACR contractor and I can tell you that the Fredericksburg, VA branch is the best Lennox branch I have ever been to, no questions asked. Loo and her girls took care of a hefty 5 figure order for me like it was nothing. Fantastic communication the entire way through including periodic updates from her and her team about my complicated order. It felt like Loo and her team were going above and beyond given my experiences with other branches. Come to find out, this is just the standard that Loo sets for her team, which they happily maintain above and beyond even that. I happily agreed to drive all of my Lennox business through the Fredericksburg branch after that experience. Looking forward to more orders in the future. 10/10 would recommend.

I go to several vendors to get HVAC products all the way from Washington DC to Richmond Va. This location is by far the friendliest most efficient location I have the pleasure of working with.
