Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

I have been dealing with the Greensboro store for years. It has never run smoother than right now. Bruce does everything possible to supply us with anything we need to make our customers happy. Great place to do business.

Bruce does a great job. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. He is will to go the extra mile and cares about his customers which is hard to find now a days.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Bruce at the Greensboro, NC Branch today as I was in need of warranty parts that were not in stock throughout the States. I could not have asked for better customer service which this day and time is hard to find. Bruce was excellent in helping our company as well as myself in handling our problem since our customer was depending on us for their heating and air conditioning emergency, Bruce was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous throughout our conversation. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. Drove over hour in hopes on finding a drain pan. Told by Bruce can’t sell to you because you don’t have an account. Certainly last Lennox with my company
