In the business for 30 years multiple distributors. We are not a lennxo dealer. They treat you as if you.were. kind caring and extremely helpful. Makes me wish we were a lennox dealer. Who knows?. The ppl on the counter are outstanding with customer service like the old days. Almost all distributors will tell you they care about the customers and end users. It's lip service for the most part. They care about the profit margins. thats fine but care about the end user also. The ppl here care. I can't say enough about them.
Please stop hanging up on me! After a lengthy hold, then get hung up on, not good service at all!
Great customer service. Cuz let's be honest that's all your gonna get these days. Because prices are all gonna be high everywhere.
Dewayne is the man to see ! Always has the parts you need and extremely helpful with technical questions. Nice store neat and clean restrooms .
Guys on the counter are great. Parts prices are however way too high!!
