Don’t ever buy a Lennox product, that way you won’t have to deal with this place. Five warranty repairs in 6 years, all a huge pain. Spent days, and one time over two weeks without AC in south FL in August/Sept. Avoid Lennox and Parts Plus at all cost.

Never go there in friday at the end of the day, they dont wanna work they just wanna go home as soon as the clock is around 3:45 pm, they think the time in their front desk is more valuable than any other customer time.
I wrote an email to costumer service explaining what bad service your technicians provide. And we haven’t heard anything back. We are waiting for you.
