Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

Lennox is the worst!!!! It takes months to get heat strips from Texas to California. If you are not a Lennox dealer there is no way to expedite your order!!! Tried to pay extra, but was told "it doesn't work that way!" My customer has no heat for her school with small children!!!! I have updated my review to say that the local branch near our shop was able to get us the part shipped to us by utilizing another unit in Texas. He took basically 2 weeks (better than original date). That did all that they could do to help and now we finally have the part. I think that if Lennox is going to sell items, they should have parts readily available. You cannot have heat in these systems without the heat strips....

Add Lennox to the list of companies that just don't get it, you won't survive much longer if you don't sell to the public. The part I need is available on Amazon, but I'd rather buy locally, and cannot due to the HVAC wholesalers not selling to the public. Grainger figured it out years ago, they too used to only sell to licensed contractors and now sell to the public.
