Lenox 65 Parking LLC

Don't park here using any third party apps (ie parkwhiz, spothero, etc), or prior to seeing this dump of a garage. The garage is poorly managed, as they try to fit as many cars as possible, space inside is so tight, it's impossible to maneuver the car once inside, or even enter/exit the garage. The attendants are rude and dishonest and don't honor the rate of the booking, trying to upcharge you on the spot knowing full well that you can't get a refund once you arrive close or after the start time of your reservation. There are many options around at better prices, and that are run with integrity and a lot more professionally.

Avoid this lot!!!!! I booked my spot on spot hero and they tried to charge me an additional $45 even though I already paid $15 for an oversized vehicle. This is a morally bankrupt company.

This garage has EXTREMELY tight spaces, so much so that they have installed yellow bumpers against all the pillars. If you have a large car, you can be guaranteed that it will rub against one or more of the pillars.

The worst garage around. I booked a reservation and arrived on time only to be told that they were fully booked. I found another garage around the corner and when I walked by I saw that they were letting cars in again. Very narrow entry and exit therefore they take a long time to move cars around. Some people were made to back out of the very long entryway into traffic to allow other cars to exit. Total nightmare.

Opinion: this place does bait and switch. Many other places states what an oversize vehicle is and lets you know the real price before you book. This place puts it in the fine print after you make the reservation. Another time I parked here and I had 7 minutes left to my 24 hour reservation started. If I wanted to park for those 7 minutes it would be $25 dollars extra!!!!
