The lents taught my daughter Tae kwon do for years.. did good work multiple times for my inlaws.. and we had them come to give an estimate for some repairs in our basement after flooding. Came out took measurements and left. 11 days later.. 3 texts and an email.. no reponse.. no estimate. Would have at least liked the courtesy of a text id they were not interested in doing the work. Crickets... zero communication. A shame from from people who you trusted to be reliable
