I contacted Lentz Wastewater to replace my riser that was needing to be replaced. I contacted 2 other firms and no one bothered to call or follow up except Katie @ Lentz Wastewater. She was professional and very caring about my problems in finding someone to help. She sent out Aaron who is awesome and he got the part ordered and fixed the riser in short order. I’m very impressed with Lentz Wastewater and appreciate their dedication to their customers. She apologized that I didn’t have the first morning appointment, she told me someone in my neighborhood had a septic alarm on. I told her to help the person with the most urgent need first and then come back to take care of my stuff when you’re done. Top notch company! Highly recommend.

Extremely pleasant and professional on the phone. Was able to have a technician come out same day and diagnose problem. Repair was completed the next day. Very reasonably priced.

As per life, things go wrong at the worst of times. Long story short my septic pump failed upon arriving home from vacation. I called Lentz because they are the ones who have pumped my septic tank before. They got right on it and within a few days all was sorted out. From start to finish they were informative, professional and above all respectfull. As a customer they treated my wife and I with the utmost respect and took their time in explaining what the job required and it's cost. Their were no unwarranted surprises.
