Caveat: I have spent all my adult life in customer service, so I tend to read reviews cautiously, knowing that outside circumstances and let's face it, a "bad day" can sometimes unfortunately and often times unfairly frame one's experiences. At the the time we may feel we were done a disservice, when from another's point of view we are projecting are anger from extenuating circumstances.
