My wife and I built a new home and Leonard and Son was our HVAC sub. I can easily say with certainty that Jay was the silver lining in a very stressful time. He is an artist and the way he tackled our new build was fun to watch. He would carefully map out a plan and often had to adjust to adjust due to other changes out of his control.
