Tony is a rockstar! Quick to answer service calls and very knowledgeable. Fair pricing and timely response to service requests. Fixed our refrigerator twice on very short notice. Gave several options to fix the problem long and short term. Leones is the only refrigeration/appliance service I will ever use. Highly recommended!

Every other local appliance repair company turned me away because my dishwasher is from the 80s. Wouldn't even come diagnose the issue. He was willing to take on the challenge, even with the lack of available parts. Very responsive to my call and kept in touch when our schedules didn't quite mesh. Got my dishwasher working again very fast. Highly recommend!

Retuned my call right away and came to fix my washer. My fiancé is a carpenter and he found countless nails and coins in the washer which left 2 big holes. Most people would of gave up at that point he went out of his way to fix it and told Me to wait 24 hours before I used it and I couldn’t believe it was fixed and still fixed to this day. Tony was professional and went above and beyond to fix my washer. Thank you I def recommend him.

He was supposed to stop by on a Tuesday for warranty work for my Whirlpool washer. Called me and told me he was too busy to come. Told me he didn't have time to 'watch me do laundry'. Totally rude. I offered to run the washer and write down the error codes. I did and left it on his machine. Called him two more times over two weeks and he never called me. After three weeks of no response I had to call Whirlpool and they told me that he was the only service guy for them in the area and he's too busy to come. Now I have to find my own...I've been stuck without a washer for a month now. He came a few years ago and he griped how the warranty company doesn't pay him enough.
