Leo's Custom Sprinkler Service Inc

Leo's has been servicing the sprinkler system in the common areas of our subdivision for at least 15 years. Their service has always been prompt, done at reasonable cost, friendly and reliable. Every fall they offer individual service to all 92 of our homeowners on the same day to perform system blowouts, and in the spring arrange for system startups. They offer us a group rate which is very competitive. Many of our homeowners utilize these services. In the 15 years that I have been dealing with Leo's I have never once had cause for complaint, nor have I heard anything but good comments about their service from other homeowners in our subdivision.

To continue from Keith's complaint, yes we did receive service from you. You came to our sub like previous years to flush out our system at end of season. I always arrange it and asked for an eta due to I wouldn't be home and needed to be sure to have someone home. While my family waited for your staff to show hours after estimated and then treat them with disrespect is not acceptable. We will never use your services and I'll never recommend you to anyone. To respond to your response : I saw the confrontation and I will say, no matter what the situation you never argue with your customer. Also, I explained to your staff each year and estimated time of arrival was asked to plan ahead, to be sure someone would be available. I've never had an issue before and they've always been helpful. These people are the best. They have taken care of my properties needs for over 15 years. I highly recommend this company and the high quality of professional work they consistently provide.

New management sent us an inflated bill (triple the normal rate) for unauthorized work. They didn’t leave the old parts to confirm they did extra work. They didn’t seek our authorization for any extra work though we were both available. They didn’t call anyone or explain there was any reason to charge more than the normal “start up” charge. The original Leo’s owners we trusted for 14 years always talked to us BEFORE doing anything extra and presented us a bill that day, not a week after the fact as the new manager did.
