Leo's Heating and Cooling

We contacted Leo’s Heating and Cooling because our Mitsubishi multi-zone heat pump wasn't defrosting properly (see photo), which was causing the system to struggle and not heat the house the way it should. Daniel came out and did a thorough diagnostic. He found that one of the defrost sensors had become dislodged, which was preventing the system from managing its defrost cycle correctly. Once he secured the sensor and confirmed everything was operating as designed, the unit returned to normal performance. They were originally scheduled to come out the day before but had to reschedule due to an earlier job running long. They handled it professionally and waived the service fee, which we appreciated. We had 4 different companies quoted for the service. Leo’s cooling & heating came with the highest quality quote. Dmitriy is very knowledgeable about the product, and he runs professional software to show us about the project that we want, instead of visual guessing the BTU of each mini split. We had lots of questions and he was very patient and professional in answering them. Alex and Mark were hard workers, they are great at their jobs. They helped us remove furnace, ducts, and installed 4 zone mini splits. Excellent service, we highly recommend them to everyone.
