James and Kristal are awesome!!!! Small company. Quality work. Integrity. Amazing work ethic. Great prices! I shopped and shopped for a sliding glass door and they provided one I wanted for a better price than anyone else. When we had bumps on the install, we were referred to a contractor and when he didn’t do the best job James and Kristal stood by their ethics and helped me get everything in order and make everything right. I highly recommend them. If you have to wait because they’re booking out, it is totally worth it. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

James fixed a leak in a complicated, difficult to access combination window/skylight for me. I had been trying to find someone willing and able to repair the leak for weeks, and James drove out same day. He is clearly very experienced and an expert on windows. He is also very honest, straightforward, and helpful. He suggested cheaper fixes rather than immediately pushing to simply replace the entire window. I will definitely be contacting James for all my future window replacements.

The deceptive pricing by other companies is absolutely insane out there right now! Quotes on inflated prices only to balk when you say no and only then do they offer "huge" discounts to get you to sign? Good grief! Want to skip the "used car dealership" experience when purchasing windows, from quality manufactures like Milgard or Pella or some other brand you're interested in? Then James / Cheryl at Windows and Glass Inc. should be your first and only call. We had a rental units 4 windows replaced + interior trim work done for those windows and it couldn't have gone smoother! We needed to replace all windows to our condominium, we choose Windows and Glass inc to do the work, based on my neighbor recommendations, we did 100% the right choice, everything exceeded our expectations. The windows fit perfectly, look beautiful inside out, we can feel the temperature inside, the outside noise its reduced significant. To start with Crystal, she is in business, oh boy! her communication with us was outstanding, there was no question without an answer, the installer James so easy to talk to, he is very meticulous, and efficient. Both Crystal and James were so friendly, well organized, professional, they did the job earlier then I expected. James and his helper left our place clean. The price is reasonable. Thank you both 💓
