Lermon Masonry

Lermon Masonry was excellent to work with. Very professional and thorough. No objections on pulling permits to do a massive 6 ft x 40 ft retaining wall, and a full concrete pour to fix our garage roof. He also took care of the fencing for us to help give us a private yard again after work was completed. Sander was very responsive to questions and explaining what was going on, and made sure we were happy. I can’t recommend him enough and we are already getting quotes from him for future work.

I hired them to build new front steps and a patio in my yard. The pavers in my patio are still loose and shifting after them coming back to fix them twice. They damaged the cement foundation in front of the new stone steps they built. The steps are beautiful but they over poured a cement foundation without an edge so it's messy and rough. The crew told me we had to reduce the steps from 4 to 3 because of code. We agreed they would smooth out the landing in front so it looks nice but then no one did it. It's also where they had piled debris during demo so it dinged the foundation pretty bad. One guy actually filled the post holes with cement which is where I was going to put railings back in. I have had Lermon do two projects at a small condo complex that I manage in Lynn, Ma. One waterproofing project that saved our units from being flooded. And one retention wall. Both projects were completed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. He is delightful to work with. Professional, polite and communication is fantastic. He always answers a text or a call.
