Highly recommend setting up a family plan with Leslie Heating & Cooling. They reached out to schedule our maintenance appointment, which made everything easy right from the start. Jim Hamilton, who has serviced us before, arrived on time and explained the issues we were facing in a clear, easy to understand way. He walked us through what was going on and showed us exactly what we were working with. Unfortunately, we needed to replace our electric heating and cooling system. Within the hour, Jim connected us with Chris Hlavac, who quickly came out to take measurements and explain our options, payment plans, and available discounts so we could move forward without breaking the bank. Leslie also handled all city permits and coordinated directly with our HOA, which saved us a huge headache.
