Leslie's Pool Supplies

I quit using Leslie pools ,in Fort Wayne ,years ago. Their customer service is terrible. Everytime I call, I have to call repeatedly to get them to answer the phone. Then they act like im an interruption. Rarely do they have what I need, which I know they never look because they dont put me on hold. They put my chlorinator on and replaced my sand in my fliter. I called the next pool season for help a d they told me they do NOT service or have service workers. I explained they did work for me previosly, and they basically called me liar. Rudeness100%.

They are amazing when it comes to chemicals and free water testing. Pricing of chemicals are competitive. We appreciate their help so very much!

Went in today to ask about pool pumps and the young man working was 1st annoyed by us asking which hp pump would be better for our above ground pool. Than when he recommended which pump we ask if he had any. He said nope and started helping another customer. Walked right out and bought all our new pool stuff from another more HELPFUL company. Sad to see the lack of customer service from the younger generations.

Great place, the staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I cannot tell you how nice it is to have people who actually want to help you even if you aren't there to buy a $30k pool. Free water testing is nice too. Very happy about the service at this place and will continue to use them for all of our pool needs.

Helpful staff. Got what I needed but pricey. No hot tubs on display. No discounts or coupon offers. The credit card machine didn't work had to wait over 40 minutes just to check out.
