I am a property manager at a building in Bristol Borough. A few tenants were having a mouse problem. I called a few places and Lethal Pest Solutions had the best maintenance plan. First visit $299 and only $132 every quarter. They will also come out immediately if you are having any issues in between your scheduled visits. During the first visit, Rich, investigated all 4 floors. He planted 3 traps in each apartment and 8 traps in the basement. These traps hold poison in them. Within 2 weeks the tenants stopped seeing mice. There were no dead bodies to clean up which made my tenants very happy. When Richie came out for the follow up visit he checked every box. These guys keep pest living in your house/apartment so they can continue to get paid. Do not trust this company.

I met Gary today. He usually doesn't service Feasterville, but he figured why not for Memorial Day Weekend. *I called Lethal for treating a beehive. Turns out, it was the beginnings of a Paper Wasp nest. Gary treated it, and then suggested that I do the 3-Season Service instead of paying so much more for the Hive treatment. *I accepted his suggestion, and contracted the services of Lethal... before Gary left, he showed me the dead queen wasp!
