Let's Get Moving Chicago

I honestly wish I could give this moving company 0 stars. Esteban was very nice with his service and informational but after completely my $100 deposit, two days later to cancel my move. During my lunch break I’m calling waiting for over 20 mins to speak to sales manager- Sam who confirmed and apologize that the move was not canceled that was fine by mistake. Sam sent me an email and text confirmation of the move and estimate. But I needed to update the date to move, I left a voicemail to call me back. A female representative called me back, saying again oh your move has been canceled. Again I explained to the rep of the miscommunication needing to better and not being canceled confirmed by a manager San. The representative began to laugh saying “yeah our communication isn’t the greatest”.

The movers were incredibly careful with all my belongings. Everything was handled delicately and arrived in perfect condition. They were also super responsive when I asked where I wanted things placed in the apartment, which made settling in so much easier. Overall, very professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

The team arrived early and worked diligently until everything was taken care of and in the right spot. They were careful with my belongings and they were very easy to work with and responsive. Would definitely book their services again!

Me and my partner were really stressed about our move after another moving company cancelled on us very last minute, it was chaotic but we got great experience with Let's Get Moving. They came to save us literally in the last minute. Loved how they wrapped all the furniture and packed it.

I booked with them and they canceled on me with no explanation. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or family. Terrible!
