Level 5 Roofing

This company is absolutely horrible. Just the fact that their website states that their Google and Facebook reviews are all 5 stars goes to show how deceitful they really are. Go ahead and check out both Google and Facebook reviews you will see. I hired Level 5 Roofing to replace my roof after meeting Anthony at the AZ home and garden show. Anthony told me that they replaced the sheathing and so I decided to go up and check it out. Well I found out they didn't replace all the wood I could hear it cracking and sagging everywhere I stepped. I was afraid of falling through the wood. At this point they were already installing the shingles and was about half way done. I called Anthony and told him if this is what I was getting he could have his guys "get the hell off my property". Contracted level 5 roofing to repair my walk deck in August 2021 with 5 year warranty silicone coating. In March 2023, noticed some issues with bubbling in the coating and contacted level 5 roofing. Was told someone would come out and inspect, this was to be in March 2023. First inspection was sometime in July 2023 (approximately). Re-coating work not started until April 2024 (cleaning deck area only). Returned in June to clean again and apply first coating of elastomer (different product, was told by different roofer that nothing will stick to silicone after Chris applied first coat and never returned to complete work.) Chris, I was told was fired from level 5 roofing and I am now left with a walk deck needing to be fixed. Contracted with new roofing company to fix the walk deck August 20

I used Valdez roofing 2 or 3 times and they did a great job. Great customer service very professional and such hard workers. Great clean up. Thank you again for another job well done. I highly recommend them. Ruben was awesome!

We contacted several roofing companies in the Chino Valley, Prescott area but none of them followed up or even wanted to come out and check our roof after we had a severe hail storm in August. Found Level 5 roofing to be willing to come out and inspect our roof shortly after contacting them. Level 5 Roofing did an outstanding job with roof replacement on our home in Chino Valley AZ. Also included was replacement of the dry rotted fascia boards where needed. They did a fine cleanup after the job was completed as well. Five star service with very competitive rates. The employees were professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. Excellent communication. Answered all questions we had concerning installation of the new roofing. Would highly recommend them.

Level 5 roofing did a fantastic job repairing our roof after another contractor left us with a leaking roof and refused to fix it. They were on time, professional and did a great job! I only wish we had gone with them the first time! It was a big job and we are thankful they were able to help us. Definitely would use them in the future if the need arises on any of our other homes.
