Darrell did a great job fixing our pellet stove! After a big brand name heating company came out and diagnosed our issue they were trying to charge us over 2k to replace a duct tee. We gave Darrell a call to get a 2nd opinion and we're happy we did. You just don't get the personal friendly service with these giant companies anymore, Darrell was very nice and professional and ultimately got our stove fixed. We'll be using Leveled Up Chimney for all our future services.

Darrell came and cleaned our pellet stove insert and the exhaust system. He inspected our chimney and gave good recommendations on how to improve the functionality of our system. He was very professional and courteous. We would highly recommend him for anyone who needs chimney work done.

Darrell did an amazing job on my fireplace. He was here when he said he would be, even called to say he was on his way. I learned a lot about my fireplace, he explained everything. I haven't tried it out yet, its been a little bit warm lately. But winter is just around the corner and I'm looking forward to using it again.
