Lewisy Fuel Oil Inc

I don’t buy oil from Lewisy, nor do I have a service contract (yet). I called today as my burner stopped lighting and the company I do get oil from From/have a contract with (Petro) has yet to get in contact with me, though I called nearly 4 hours ago. Lewisy let me know that they aren’t servicing non-members, yet still they still gave me advice over the phone and helped me figure out my issue. This is a type of company you want to be dealing with. I look forward to making the switch to their services when my current contract is up.

My furnace stopped working (yes, during the cold snap). Otto came within two hours of my call to Lewisy. He could not have been more knowledgeable, competent, and pleasant. He got the furnace running and educated me about the problem and possible future work-arounds. I could not be happier or more appreciative. (I recently switched from Petro to Lewisy and am so glad I did. Over our 35 years with Petro, they sometimes made us wait several days for "emergency" service.) Thank you, Otto and Lewisy!

I have to give this company 5 stars. I used Lewisy for a short period for weird reasons and a mishap occurred on my property and they took full responsibility. Honestly if I was still using oil I would be there customer thru & through. Good people, you certainly won’t be disappointed.

I choose them for their service contract alone. Otto is an amazing tech and always does a thorough inspection as well as quick repair whenever needed. Also he’s the BEST with animals which says a lot in my book…great local company I definitely recommend.

Today the Lewisy Team replaced our old gas heating system. During the entire project I can honestly say they were fabulous! From the beginning phone call with Matt to the finish. Rich, Matt, Bob and your team of help are the best. My wife and I are thoroughly impressed with your work and appreciate everything you’ve done for us and in a timely fashion as well!!!
