He completed our annual plumbing inspection and performed a full tankless water heater flush, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. He was prompt, professional, and extremely thorough. He took the time to carefully inspect everything, explain what he was doing, and answer all of our questions without rushing. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and the level of service he provided. I am in the Lex-Air Cool Club(check it out). Bryson came out for an inspection, covering all the bases. He asked a few questions about my HVAC systems and then went to work. He had some service recommendations, showing pictures and even video. I authorized some items for today & asked for the others to be put as recommended for me to do on another visit. Very courteous man who answered every question I could come up with! This is the 4th time I've had Lex-Air techs attend to various house systems and I really like their desire to do quality work.
