This company is the absolute worst. Every time it comes to the installation day of my door it is an excuse. Someone died ,the measurement was wrong ,someone was sick ,the weather is bad , they don’t work on this weekend, and the list goes on. I done went through every phase of life with this company except the phase where they actually do work. They say they are going to call back and they NEVER DO!!!!! This company is a joke!!!!!! They take people money and they just forget about you or treat you however they want to with no regards of customer service. HOME DEPOT YOU ARE THE BLAME TOO!!!!!!! What’s even worse is that they have horrible ratings and you think they would do better NOPE. At this point I just want my door and security door I don’t even trust their work. Mike was great. He’s so nice and personable. Great at what he does as well! The doors he installed really uplifts the feel of our house - I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.

This company was hired through Home Depot to install a new front door and re-attach the storm door they removed to do so. They installed the front door at a slant and claimed the storm door could not be re-attached due to the size of it. In reality, they destroyed the storm door frame and didn't want to replace it. I had two other companies come and take a look to see if the storm door would fit the new door frame and they mentioned it could fit.

Lex Construction was contracted by Home Depot to install a new storm door we purchased. However, our house has an oddly shaped front door entrance, and at first, it didn't look like installation would be possible. We believe the person's name that came to our house was Mike (could be wrong about that - sorry). He assessed and explained the situation to us, and told us while it would be complicated, he could modify the door entrance to install the storm door. He did an absolutely wonderful job, and we were very impressed with the final result. We are very grateful we got connected with Lex Construction. Thank you!

Was supposed to have a front door installed. They canceled because it was “too cold” to work. I had to call them to reschedule. The lady on the phone tried to tell me, “well we were supposed to be off this week”. As if this is my issue. They rescheduled for today, but didn't call and didn't show up for the install. They finally call and say they wont install a door in the rain. Its misting out, and we are under a 6 foot overhang. No one is working in the rain. I did not employ this company and absolutely would not have if it was my decision. Home depot contracted them out. No show no call no text is absolutely insane. Leaving us here all morning waiting for them to just not come.
