Lex Construction

Please don’t use this company. They constantly tried to add things to our scope of work, did shotty window work, dripped paint all over our wood floors, and left bubbles in the paint. They sawed into our deck and broke it in other places, then said we did it. They let construction garbage pile up, and even after I asked to have it removed… left it there for weeks after. You’ve been warned… stay away from them.

I want to thank Banler from Lex Construction for his efficiency and his professionalism. He came Dec 6 on a cold Saturday with a smile. This company is very lucky to have him

IT WAS ALL GOOD UNTIL I RCEIVED A CALL AFTER THEY DID THE WORK AND NOW TELLING ME THEY HAVE THE PART TO DO THE WORK... THEY ALREADY COMPLETED THEY CALLED ME 3X AND WHEN I CALLED BACK I SPOKE TO HOLLY WHO REALLY WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER.. SHE WAS YELLING AT ME LIKE WTH. THE PERSON WHO INSTALLED DID A GREAT.. BUT OHHHHH MISS HOLLY PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION 101 .... DO BETTER

Extremely disappointment. Went to Hone Depot for a new front door and was assigned Lex construction for a measurement and had an appointment. Original appointment was reschedule which I am completely fine with and was given a new date with a 10-2 window. No one ever showed up. I called the office to inquire where he was. The woman I spoke to said she was trying to contact him. I expressed my disappointment since I waited all day. She promised she would call me back either way. Never heard back. Called back at 4:30 and just went to voicemail. Called Home Depot and cancelled my service. And left a note that I had a No show and no call of an explanation. I do not need to work with a contractor that does not show up or call back.

Went to Home Depot to order a storm door and was told that Lex Construction would come out to measure and install. They are not qualified to perform this work. Home Depot is about to lose a lot of business by using this company as their installers. I read the reviews and now I can confirm why they are so bad. Had to put up 1 star in order for this to get posted
